The mold base we use is most from LKM, and sometimes HASCO and DME mold base.
We use good quality mold steel from ASSAB, DAIDON, LKM of H13, 718, 718H, S136, S136H, MAK80, P20, 420
PLASTIC INJECTION MOLD
We design and build the plastic injection mold for exporting according to European or American standard. The molds we can tooling are hot runner mold, multi cavity mold, family mold, inserting mold, over molding tool, and high precision mold and etc.
DIE CASTING MOLD
We also can supply die casting mold and casting parts. They are Aluminum Alloy and Zinc Alloy what we casting for most. Polishing, Powder coating, Painting, Plating etc are applied to the casting parts’ surface.
