Mold design is the most important stage of making a high quality mold. Full experienced engineer design the tool to be built with reasonable cost but perform well for long mold life and smooth production run.
For a new project, customer provide 2D(PDF, DWG, DXF format) or 3D files (IGS, STEP format) for quote and mold design, or samples are ok if without any CAD files we will do 3D scanning to create 3D part model.
Most Abery engineers are with more than 10+ years experience in mold design, and we use latest software to handle and create the mold structure, like AutoCAD/CAM/Pro Engineer/SolidWorks/UG.
